About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Senior Legal Specialist to join the dynamic legal team at PT Mega Auto Finance'. In this key role, you will provide strategic and high-quality legal services to support the company's operations and growth initiatives

  • Deliver comprehensive legal advice and services to internal clients on a wide range of commercial, corporate and regulatory matters
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents

Qualification

7. Collaborate with external legal counsels when required.

8. Support internal compliance, corporate governance, and risk management initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.

2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Legal Staff or Legal Officer, preferably in Payment Service Provider (PJP), Fintech, Banking, or Financial Institution.

3. Strong knowledge of regulations related to payment systems, BI regulations, OJK compliance, and fintech operations.

4. Experienced in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

5. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Prepare and submit documents for stay permit applications, both online and paper-based.
  • Liaise and coordinate with local vendors and government agencies.
