**Key Responsibilities**
The in-country Corporate & Partner Driven Lead manages a world class direct and indirect team, oversees the end-to-end customer value lifecycle and focuses on the holistic health of out-quarter business.
+ Executes on the go-to-market and transformation strategy driven through Board Area / Global / Regional / Market Unit leadership. Enables execution through respective teams - Corporate & Partner Driven segment in the country.
+ Oversees a programmatic approach to developing pipeline targets, orchestrating demand generation plan creation, and ensuring demand generation plans are being implemented to meet pipeline targets and drive sustainable growth.
+ Drives Quarter 1 / Quarter 2 preparedness and provides a point of connection into the business area (Market Unit, et. al) regarding demand generation engines, building a cohesive demand strategy and achieving desired pipeline goals.
+ Ensures strategic programs and innovation initiatives are being implemented in support of Board Area business goals, financial objectives, portfolio aspirations, and field/organizational growth requirements.
+ Works with Digital Hub leadership to enact the regional Digital Hub GTM and drive digital motions, modalities & processes into the business.
+ Represents SAP externally with customers and partners.
+ Builds a network of executive relationships across industry, community and business groups, and with key partners and customers.
+ Inspires and influences internal stakeholders, experts and other resources not under direct control, helping to remove obstacles and achieving goals.
+ Facilitates alignment and effective communication within the team and internal/external key partners/customers and promptly resolves any conflict to encourage harmonious and productive interaction.
+ Identifies opportunities to collaborate beyond organizational borders/ with external communities, driving broader enablement, scale, and coverage for related services.
+ Thinks beyond team boundaries to drive and create new efficiencies and simplification across data, application, and reporting tools, tasks, and projects.
+ Brings thought leadership to market needs, generating competitive advantage on existing markets and developing new revenue streams. Also supports SAP at industry, sales and media events.
+ Authorized to make necessary decisions or engage with relevant stakeholders to drive related progress. Consults and sponsors engagement with key stakeholders, enabling leadership and decisions on multiple levels.
**Programs and Portfolio Management:**
+ Provide leadership guidance, coaching and enables execution of large scale projects and programs through direct and indirect reports and teams at a global, regional, local or hub level
**Team Management:**
This role will be managing a team of generalist sales reps - both in Corporate & Partner Driven segment.
As a people manager, you are responsible for supporting the success of not only your direct reports, but the success of all employees within the larger team you are a part of by helping to identify development opportunities and supporting team members to achieve their goals. You are expected to know about the members of your extended team and share insights with your peer managers.
+ Acts as a role model by coaching and recognizing your direct reports and providing just-in-time feedback and expecting the same of your direct reports.
+ Adheres to and executes in line with SAP's leadership principles to recruit, develop, and retain talent; builds, motivates, and grows the team; coaches and facilitates collaborative execution.

**Experience & Language Requirements**
+ 15 years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions
+ Proven track record in business application software sales.
+ Proven track record in successfully leading/managing in a team selling environment.
+ Demonstrated success with complex, long-cycle sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
+ Demonstrate success negotiating complex contracts.
+ Demonstrated knowledge on consultative selling methodologies
+ Proven abilities on managing highly complex organizations and applying risk-mitigation strategies to customer
