The Data Center Engineering Operation Senior Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating within contract parameters within third party Colocation facilities. Key job responsibilities
The DCEO Engineer will be responsible for Data Center Engineering Operations within an Amazon Data Center including risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure, vendor management and metric reporting.
Responsibilities may include:
· Responsible for the on-site management of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & local legislation.
· Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
· Generate change management requests & incident management tickets for DCEO activities.
· Work with DCO managers (IT) and other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, sustainability and efficiency.
· Establish documentation relevant to business & facility operations (SOP, EOP, MOP, SWMS)
· Responsible for the installation of the racks and namely the provision of power/cooling hand off.
· Review and manage planned and unplanned maintenance and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as: switch gear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems, etc.
· Assist in the design, implementation, commissioning and build out of new facilities.
· Drive & implement projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability & reliability.

Basic Qualifications

**A Day in Life as Industrial Services Engineering (Utility)**
+ Ensure Safety work place by understanding and implementing ORA & EAI in work area of responsibility and implement SHE policy, include ISO14001 and ISO 45001
+ Create incident investigation report if incident happens and its preventive action
+ Conduct Safety Gemba Coaching to line continously
+ Encourage team member to care about safety
+ Understand and implement current Nestle Management System in work area of responsibility, include ISO 9001, FSCC 22000
+ Responsible for the generation and distribution of all energy include the compressed air, water and waste water management, which are required for the operation in line with quality, safety and environmental standards
+ Responsible for the maintenance, improvement and operation of for all asset of Industrial Services, with the objective to keep the optimal performance and the safety condition of all those asset
+ Monitor and maintain discharger ( flue gas, effluent water) with environmental norms.
+ Improve and develop the maintenance plan and to control the availability of spare parts.
+ Monitor efficiency of energy production and coordination energy saving initiatives in the area.
+ Ensure compliance of operation with safety and food safety standards
+ Ensure safe working procedures on Industrial Services' equipment and supervises contractors.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineer
+ Have working experience the similar function and area
+ Proficiency in English (oral and written).
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Power Apps.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
+ Familiarity with Continuous Excellence, TPM, and Lean concepts would be an advantage

You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.
**How you will contribute**
You will support elements of the site's quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.
