• Good technical of steel structure production in the workshop

• Strong ability to work efficiently under great pressure.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze working drawings, technical specifications related to container projects.
• Compile calculations for material, labor, equipment, and support service costs.
• Prepare cost estimates and project estimates for container projects.
• Coordinate with the engineering, purchasing, and production teams regarding material requirements and actual costs.
• Compare cost estimates with project realizations for evaluation and improvement of future calculations.
• Ensuring all estimates comply with company standards and meet profit margin targets.
• Providing technical input and cost analysis in the negotiation process with vendors and clients.
• Preparing periodic project cost estimate reports for management.
• Supporting the project team in technical and administrative matters related to costs and work changes (variation orders).

Requirements:

• Minimum education of D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as an estimator, preferably in the container, fabrication, or construction industry.
• Understanding of technical drawings, material specifications, and container fabrication processes.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and effective communication skills.

• Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau jurusan relevan.
• Pemahaman khusus tentang Mechanical, Electrical, dan Plumbing (MEP) lebih diutamakan.
