Oracle Construction and Engineering offers our clients with an end-to-end offering for managing and delivering projects right the way across the construction value chain enabling them to effectively plan, build, and operate capital projects.
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver a first-class commercial experience to a defined and growing portfolio of opportunities and accounts, with a focus on acquiring, retaining, and growing business across the defined territory with our best-in-class Construction and Engineering solutions and services.
Your territory will include both strategic and pursuit accounts ranging from medium to enterprise accounts within the Construction, Engineering, Government and Energy sectors, with the aim to help these clients derive tangible business value from their investment in Oracle CEGIU technology.

**Responsibilities**
**What You'll Bring**
+ A minimum of 5-10 years in Strategic Software Sales experience both direct and indirect (with an emphasis on SaaS), with consistent, demonstrable success and overachievement
+ A competency in complex solution sales across the Construction, Engineering, Government and Energy sectors - selling complex outcome-focused business solutions.
+ Solid commercial experience in large enterprise transactions with a knowledge of the sales process and effective sales techniques
+ Excellent discipline and expertise in CRM and business tools (Office, Slack etc.) and a level of attention to detail from a predicable forecasting, opportunity management, and account planning perspective across your defined territory
+ Consistent track record of and relentless focus on pipeline generation through self-sourced and marketing led business development activities.
+ Ability to confidently present and articulate the business value of Oracle CEGIU to your client base across all levels of their business with an emphasis on executive level communication.
+ Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and execution techniques
+ Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**
As Landscaping Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the following:
+ Monitors and maintains all of the garden areas, free from weeds with a maximum yield.
+ Ensures gardening work orders are executed promptly and correctly.
+ Be fully skilled in the used of the machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
+ Planning and implementing procedures, systems, and controls to ensure an efficient, timely, and pro-active engineering department.
+ Monitors host activity, productivity, and Utilization rates and manage accordingly.
+ Advises Landscaping Manager of downtime or delays in completion of tasks.
+ Manages the team day to day duties and job assignments. Provide support to the team where required.
+ Allocate manning where needed and provide.
+ Maintains working area and makes sure that all working areas remain clean at all times.
+ Uses personal safety wares for personal safety while on duty.
+ Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
+ Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
**Qualifications**
To execute the position of Landscaping Manager I must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
+ High school diploma or equivalent in horticulture or a closely related role and at least 2 years experience in a similar setting.
+ Good understanding of the latest trends and techniques in landscaping, plus the ability to successfully implement sustainability initiatives.
+ Technical skills include?the ability to analyze and design projects and maintain full knowledge of landscaping-related products and services used in resorts.
+ Fluent in English
+ Indonesian Citizen

**Manager- Showroom & Exhibition, Kitchen & Bath Indonesia**
**BASIC FUNCTIONS**
Manage the overall operation of showroom, exhibition, trade show, distributor conference and home center display in Indonesia. Manage the standard of best exhibition and trade show booth, most excellent showroom and home center display within the industry in the responsible region to ensure our leader position in the industry.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
Conceptual designs, space planning, detail design and handle projects from inception through completion in accordance to the corporate and regional standards.
Manage & coordinate project team (both internal and external parties) during site implementation to deliver the project on time. Be in charge of contract and tender management.
Visit and check existing showrooms in Indonesia to ensure a high level of maintenance are in place and meet the corporate and regional showroom standards. Make recommendations on areas of improvement and work with Distributors to execute the improvements.
Create project and work forecast to ensure proper project management and execution to achieve quality results.
Work with the marketing communications team to develop exhibition themes and communications for key product categories.
Ensure and control expenses within the committed budget.
Support business development though market and design research so that our product display methods are always up to date and relevant to our end customers' needs.
Attend product training and work with relevant teams to understand product features, POPs and technical specifications to ensure correct and accurate installation of products.
**RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS**
Report to Associate Director Showroom & Exhibition, K&B AP, with a dotted line to Head of Marketing, K&B Indonesia. Supervise the local Showroom & Exhibition staff.
**External/Internal Business Relationships**
Frequent contact with distributors and suppliers
Frequent contact with channel/product marketing, marcom, and retail trade associates
**Skills/Requirements**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design & Exhibition Design
At least 7 years of interior design experience in the merchandising industry (preferably high-end furniture). Preferably specializing in Interior Design, Showroom Design and, or Exhibition Design.
Independent and possesses a positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Objective and results oriented plus having a good insight of latest design trends and strong market analytical skills.
Flexible and able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
Strong at Auto CAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Powerpoint and other software relating to interior design and administration.
Possesses a strong command of English in both writing and speaking
Project management & construction implementation experience is required
Frequent Travel is required
