Job Description:

1. Prepare and managing all administration related to crew needs from recruitment and hiring process and all new employee attributes – Flight Crew (Recruitment paperwork etc)
2. Prepare and managing vendor selection, benchmarking, procure and approval documentation for flight crew related needs
3. Prepare and managing all documents related to documentation for flight crew visa and airport pass permit
4. Prepare managing all documentation for receiving, validating, verify and submission for getting approval for all flight operations invoices from Angkasa Pura, Airnav, DAU and related permit using Mekari/Company system
5. Collecting and managing data or information related to vendor, payable and payment related to Crew and Operation supports
6. Maintaining and updating aircrew records, including qualifications, training, certifications, and medical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Facilitating effective communication between flight crews and management, disseminating important information about schedules, rotation changes, and operational updates.
8. Managing and organizing flight crew documentation, such as flight logs, duty records, and timekeeping, to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
9. Ensuring smooth crew rotation by ensuring all administration and support facilities fulfilled such as GenDeg, accommodation, transportation, etc.
10. Assisting all flight operations chief in all administrational aspect including dealing vendor, invoicing, payment tracking.
11. Conduct all directive assignment from OS and DO

Requirements:

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. Preferably with an education background from the aviation industry.
3. More than 3 years of experience in an administration area.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Placement: Melaka, MALAYSIA

Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics, control wiring, and PLC ladder logic, including troubleshooting power and control circuits safely.
• Develop industrial robots, programming, operating, and troubleshooting (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, Staubli, ABB, Yaskawa) using teach pendants and robot software tools.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues in CNC machines and robotic systems.
• Interpret and modify G-code/M-code, perform CNC calibration, spindle alignment, backlash compensation, and servo tuning.
• Develop and troubleshoot HMI screens, alarm logs, and user interfaces to ensure efficient and user-friendly machine operation.
• Integrate sensors (vision, laser, proximity), actuators, drives, EOATs, and peripheral devices into robotic and CNC systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, and other fieldbus systems.
• Conduct system optimization for robotic and CNC processes—including cycle time improvement, synchronization, and tooling layout efficiency.
• Lead automation upgrades, retrofits, and restoration projects, including feasibility studies and implementation.
• Lead new equipment purchase, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up, ensuring full integration into existing systems.
• Perform corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance and to ensure uptime and prolong equipment life.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Certified or competent in PLC and robot controls.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial automation, robotic programming, and CNC troubleshooting.
• Proven hands-on experience with robotic programming, CNC troubleshooting, automation integration and teach pendants operation, PLCs, HMI systems, and fieldbus networks.
• Knowledge in PID tuning, parameter adjustments, and machine cycle optimization.

Role Description
