Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Influencer Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive e-commerce sales through influencer-led affiliate programs. This role combines the creativity of influencer marketing with the accountability of performance marketing. You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and scaling a network of social media influencers who drive measurable results through trackable links and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage an influencer affiliate program focused on driving e-commerce conversions.
• Identify and recruit influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with our brand and target audience.
• Negotiate commission structures and affiliate terms tailored to influencer performance potential.
• Provide influencers with affiliate tools (e.g., unique links, discount codes, assets) and support to maximize their sales impact.
• Monitor individual influencer performance, optimize conversion rates, and manage ROI on a campaign and partner level.
• Coordinate influencer content calendars with internal campaign timelines and product launches.
• Ensure influencer content is compliant with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements (e.g., disclosure rules).
• Regularly analyze campaign data and generate insights to improve program efficiency and guide future recruitment.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, e-commerce, marketing) to ensure consistent messaging and promotions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance-based social campaigns.
• Proven track record of driving e-commerce sales through influencer partnerships.
• Familiarity with influencer affiliate platforms
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and influencer ecosystems.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics (e.g., CPA, conversion rate, ROAS).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Descriptions

• Support the Marketing and Sales team with daily operations, including design for marketing tools and managing database/administrative works, etc.
• Assist in executing the offline and online marketing plan including event/exhibition loading, event preparation and realization, etc.

Requirement :

1. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 (lima) tahun di area Customer Marketing atau area yang berkaitan, seperti Sales Operation, Trade Marketing dan/atau Channel development.
2. Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di industri FMCG, khususnya di Food & Beverage. Memiliki pengalaman handle multi-principle dan/atau multi-kategori  akan menjadi nilai tambah.
