PRODUCTION ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

Responsibility:

·    Maintaining data input on MOMS, E-PNBP, E-RKAB ESDM application.

·    Participate in data processing function and provide update mine production / event record data during the shift

·    Performance Report from Coal Mining, Hauling, Crusher-Barge Loading Conveyor, Coal Inventory, Coal Quality until Shipment.

·    Monthly Contractor Management System (CMS) Report

·    Ensuring all data recorded, maintain, and processed well

·    Provide Accurate and quick analysis to improve mining until shipment operational process

·    Ensure the following reports are produced in a timely manner – Daily, Weekly and Monthly

Qualification:

·    Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.

·    Minimum 5 years' experience with similar position in mining project.

·    POP (Mining Operation Supervisory – Basic Level) Certification

·    Understand the updates on the stages of the mining permit process, RKAB, FS, AMDAL etc.

·    Familiar to operate any ESDM applications and basic regulation.

·    Preferably have a good relation with ESDM

·    Preferably able to speak and write in English

·    Willing to be based at Site Sebakis, North Kalimantan with 8:2 roster cycle

Job Description :

• Supervise and manage daily production activities (loading, hauling, disposal, coal getting).
• Ensure daily production targets (BCM & coal tonnage) are achieved in accordance with the mine plan.
• Lead, organize, and monitor Operators and Group Leaders to ensure work is carried out in compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain and enforce occupational health, safety, and environmental standards (HSE) to ensure safe working conditions.
• Coordinate with the Engineering, Maintenance, and other related departments to support smooth operations.
• Prepare shift reports on production achievements and operational challenges in the field.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably Mining Engineering.
• Must hold an active POP Certificate (First Operational Supervisor / Pengawas Operasional Pratama).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of mining HSE regulations and operational SOPs.
• Ability to read mine designs and production reports.
• Willing to work on a roster schedule and to be assigned to any project of PT Mitra Muda Makmur.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in operations engineering or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience in a related industry (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, software)
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods
• Experience with automation technologies
