**What will you bring to the table?**

**Job Description**
The Position holder accountable for expanding the Digital Production business and driving strategies for deploying new technologies. It involves gaining deep expertise in the assigned technologies and their applications to craft compelling customer value propositions. The position also focuses on building trusted advisor relationships and gaining a thorough understanding of customers' technical challenges. The position reports to the Technical Sales Manager and based in Jakarta.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for winning the technical and value case for Digital Production product and solution, include providing demonstrations, evaluations, and/or presentations.
+ Develop and implement business development strategies and technical engagement plans to support Digital Production growth and deployment in the GeoUnit.
+ Keep abreast of all emerging technologies, market developments, and competitor activities relevant to Digital Production.
+ Monitor customer adoption, technology performance, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
+ Develop extensive relationships with customer stakeholders, industry partners, and internal domain experts to enable collaboration and joint solution development.
+ Interface with account managers, operations teams, and product development groups to align customer requirements with technical solutions and proposals.
+ Build an effective opportunity pipeline and sales plan, ensuring accurate forecasting and coordinated execution with account managers.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related technical discipline; a Master's degree is an advantage.
+ Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in digital oilfield, production optimization, or technical sales within the oil and gas industry.
+ Strong knowledge of Digital Production systems and workflows, including real-time monitoring, production optimization software, and integrated asset management solutions.
+ Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, with proven experience in customer engagement and solution selling.
+ Familiarity with industry-standard platforms and tools (e.g., production surveillance systems, AI/ML-driven optimization, or data integration frameworks).
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills and able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Experience working in a multicultural environment and fluency in English is required.
+ Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and domains.
