Qualifications

• Graduated from reputable University with related background
• Having more than 5 years experience in IT Consulting that related to Automotive Industries
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing. Able to speak Japanese will be a plus
• Industry & Business Area: Working experience in a major OEM or within the Automotive Value Chain, In-depth knowledge of the overall Automotive Value Chain especially for distributors and dealer networks regarding their processes and benchmarks, New Car Sales, Used Car Sales, After Sales and Service.
• Business Experience: Experience in Supply Chain Management Area
• Solution Experience: Implementation experience in ERP (SAP, Non-SAP), CRM, WM, DMS (Dealer Management System)

Incrementar las ventas de refacciones para la división, soporte técnico y preparación de propuestas de consumo de refacciones para los clientes.

¿Cuáles serán mis responsabilidades?

• Dar soporte técnico y preparar cotizaciones de refacciones para clientes.
• Realizar y reportar a su jefe directo visitas periódicas y establecer el plan de visitas.
• Realizar auditorías periódicas a equipos de Epiroc.
• Trabajar conjuntamente con vendedores de equipos, responsables de atención a clientes y servicio técnico.
• Proponer mejoras de procesos para mejorar la eficiencia y atención a clientes.
• Revisar y mantener actualizada su información documentada conforme al sistema de gestión integral.

El candidato ideal para esta posición:

• Técnicos y/o Titulado en Ingeniería mecánica o carreras afines.
• Conocimiento en Hidráulica, Neumática y Electricidad.
• Experiencia 2 años en puestos similares.
