Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume, market share, and profitability targets.
  2. Manage and support dealer operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and sales policies.
  3. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  4. Lead regional marketing & promotional activities in collaboration with HQ Marketing team.
  5. Provide training, coaching, and support to dealer sales teams to improve customer experience and closing ratios.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, local partners, and stakeholders.
  7. Report regularly to HQ on sales performance, market intelligence, and regional challenges.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales (OEM or dealer network), with proven regional management exposure.
  3. Strong knowledge of dealer operations, retail sales, and regional market dynamics.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  5. Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  6. Preferably residing in Kalimantan, Sumatra, or Sulawesi (depending on the applied position).
  7. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
