Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
+ 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tool
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
+ Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English
+ Familiarity with Workday is advantageous, though not mandatory
+ Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
