Tugas dan Tanggung jawab :

1. Menyusun jadwal pelaksanaan proyek (time schedule) dan memastikan ketercapaiannya.
2. Mengawasi implementasi metode kerja sesuai spesifikasi teknis dan standar keselamatan.
3. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (pelaksana lapangan, QS, arsitek, MEP) dan pihak eksternal (kontraktor, supplier, konsultan).

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan min S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur.
2. Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang konstruksi, dengan 2–3 tahun di posisi manajerial proyek.
3. Menguasai software manajemen proyek (MS Project, Primavera) dan CAD.
4. Kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

1. Mengembangkan dan mengelola rencana proyek secara terperinci,

Qualification
