Work you'll do
Provide support and assist for the Associates and Partners in preparing, revising and finalizing legal and written documents.
Properly proofread and assist with any materials, including documents, reports, memos, briefings, presentations, forms and other items ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist with producing print ready documents for review by Associates and Partners.
Ensure supporting materials for meetings and events are prepared accurately and provided in a timely manner.
Proactively contribute to office activities to ensure an efficient and cohesive team environment.
Requirements
Graduate in Bachelor Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00, preferably majoring in Law
Reporting Skills, Research Skills, Legal Administration Skills
Excellent and professional command of the English and Mandarin language in a written and verbal capacity
Operates with a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills, not limited to Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Able to work multitasking with tight deadline
Have an excellent time management
Good interpersonal and communication skill
