+ HR SERVICES ADMINISTRATION: Monitors and reviews the maintenance and reconciliation of employee related data and benefits records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of records and data.
+ TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organization's goals, by ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Plantation Industry Background is preferable.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience such as payroll and compensation benefit
- Experience in service areas such as HR payroll and compensation, HR data Management, Employees benefits, HR Policy, HR administrations, HR project and HRIS
- Experience with the use of spreadsheets (advance excel) and business intelligence tools (advance Power BI or Power Query)

KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Deputy Engineering Manager to support the Abadi LNG project, one of the largest projects in Asia. This project will provide front-end design (FEED) for onshore liquefied natural gas facilities & will have a peak production capacity targets of 9.5 million tons per annum of LNG and 150 million standard cubic feet per day of pipeline gas. The Abadi LNG project has been designated a project of national strategic importance by the Indonesian government.
The Deputy Engineering Manager will be accountable for the effective FEED design effort and coordination of the discipline engineering professionals and shall ensure that all designs comply with the requirements of the project.
Responsibilities:
+ Ensure all project work is efficiently and effectively executed in accordance with the criteria, specifications and standards required pursuant to the requirements
+ Verify that the work is continually reviewed against design goals and complies with the requirements & client
+ Validate that the work provided by KBR HSSE philosophies and adequate standards as accepted for an LNG Plant (Greenfield or Brownfield) within the Oil & Gas industry
+ Allocate tasks between disciplines and successfully manage inter-discipline interfaces
+ identify areas where specialist technical assistance is required, select a competent source of specialist assistance, define the work scope, monitor the work performed, interpret the results, and incorporate such works into the overall scope
+ Lead the multi-discipline engineering design team
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering related field
+ Minimum of 15 years of related experience, with average experience of 20 years in the Oil & Gas industry
+ 10 + years of experience in engineering management
+ FEED experience with coordination of engineering of an LNG Plant (Greenfield or Brownfield)
+ EPC Detail Engineering experience with coordination of engineering of an LNG Plant (Greenfield or Brownfield)
+ Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, & oral communication skills
+ Superior planning & organizational ability
Preferred Qualifications:
