Job Description :
- Responsible for managing specific construction work during the execution phase of the project. Ensure construction and testing activities are carried out safely, timely, and cost-effectively. Ensure the project construction budget, including cost and bill of quantities, aligns with the budget plan.
- As part of the construction management team, responsible for developing key construction documents such as the Project Execution Plan and Subcontract Plan, providing detailed planning that meets project objectives. Ensure all plans comply with project requirements and TRIPATRA's guidelines (procedures, WI, and forms).
- Develop discipline-specific work pack construction plans, including mobilization schedules and responsibility matrices for each work pack, coordinating with other departments (materials, tools, deliverables).
- Support the implementation of project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and discipline-specific QA/QC procedures at the site.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, including fabrication yard experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction management, project management, risk management, and ability to perform risk assessments and develop initial risk registers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Willing to be placed at Head Office, fabrication yard, or site area.

To ensure the engineering project in compliance with both local cGMP and regional cGMP also several local BOP requirement. It contains the following :
+ Coordinate civil, mechanical and electrical project in all area at Cimanggis plant
+ Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS).
+ Financial aspects (Budget & Expenses).
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure all project running without any delay and more than budget approved
+ To prepare project drawing design, estimation cost and coordinate with contractor or local resources that we have and make sure no delay all of the project happened.
+ Supervised project in time manner by using project data management I e. S-curve
+ Capabilities to analyze the total project requirement compare with local FDA, Abbott and cGMP policy
+ To find competitive contractor and qualified contractor. who can handle project which is competitive price and understand cGMP requirement
+ To supervised the facility maintenance, create yearly facility maintenance schedule and execute _in_ the time manner.
+ Correct maintain the engineering documentation including tracking of database.
+ Managed and make sure all project documents kept in proper place to make easy during tracking during audit
+ Ensure of Abbott EHS program compliance.
+ Supervised with routine that project do and comply with all relevant Environment Health and Safety Legislative requirements, policies and procedures
+ Maintain the PMP of facility documentation.
+ Maintain team evaluation
+ Regularly evaluate self and team on goal attainment, process to achieve goals and competitive benchmarks.
+ Effectively implement and follow up on performance excellence
+ Maintain and control engineering budget
+ Managed and control both project expenses and capital budget spending and communicate with local and regional finance controller.
+ Facilitating an effective training and communication program.
+ Select, train and develop the staff and or contractor to their fullest capability an ensure succession planning is current and identify opportunities for staff development.
+ Proactively seek feedback and demonstrate a willingness to learn and change.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences or related disciplines
+ Minimum 5 years of related experience in Project & Building maintenance
+ Team management experience

The Associate Structural Engineer is responsible for utilizing existing Structural (Eng) procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team, and they will leverage their conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures related to Structural (Eng) and Engineering.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ Perform detailed design engineering, analysis, and calculations on basic engineering tasks
+ Apply knowledge and skills to complete routine assignments under close supervision and mentoring
+ Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and procedures
+ Organize own work to meet deadlines set by others
+ Clearly communicate information, asking questions and checking for understanding
+ Gain an understanding of the project scope of work, specifications, schedule, and all inter-discipline requirements
+ Perform computer analyses of structures designed by others with guidance from Senior and PPL engineers
+ Prepare design calculations as required
+ Perform engineering checks of drafting

**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in engineering

+ Preferably Registered Engineer in Training (EIT) or member of professional engineering society as applicable

+ Working knowledge of English, both oral and written
+ Learn the content and application of standards, codes, and guidelines as applicable
+ Learn design techniques and analysis methods
+ HSE, TQM and cost-conscious
+ Show flexibility and ensure proper hand-over with regards to:
+ The reassignment to other departments, construction sites, and fabrication yards

+ Perform FEED, Studies, and calculations on more complex and demanding engineering tasks
+ Apply knowledge and skills to complete varied assignments
+ Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses, including design reports and procedures with related Disciplines as required
+ Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
+ Focus on developing Yard Capital Expenditure, Operation Expenditure and Work Pack proposal and complete work within budget and timeline with related Disciplines and with high safety, quality and ethical practice
+ Communicate and explain information in straightforward engineering activities
+ Gain familiarity with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule, and all inter-discipline requirements, including identifying concerns as early as practicable

**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ Holds a bachelor's degree in Structural / Civil Engineering with min. GPA 3.0
+ 3-8 years of experience in the building or heavy construction company which provides new or repair jetty or skidway or workshop or warehouse or office building construction work.
+ Eager to learn, energic and good attitude
+ Fluent in English both oral and written. Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage
+ HSE, TQM, Work Ethic and cost-conscious
+ Familiar with the use of construction codes and standards
+ Familiar with the content and application of standards, codes, and guidelines as applicable. Knowledge of many basic design techniques and analysis methods
+ Able to use MS office, 2D AutoCAD, able to operate other engineering software would be an advantage
