**Key Responsibilities**
+ Act as the lead Social Expert on projects
+ Experience on acting as a social expert on projects including Social Safeguards Commitment Plan (SSCP), Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Social Safeguards Management Plan (SMP), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Gender Action Plan (GAP) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
+ Managing the delivery of major international ESDD, ESMS, identification of mitigation measures, preparation of E&S management plans and E&S monitoring and performance services on major international projects for investors and lenders including Multi Lateral Banks
+ Defining appropriate corrective action plans, and measures for follow-up verification;
+ Conducting high level verification of on site stakeholder management through meetings and discussions.
+ Providing assistance to clients in meeting international lender standards and advise on international best practice in social performance;
+ Supporting the development and implementation of social and environmental management systems;
+ Have a deep understanding of international Social safeguards, E&S standards, incl. Equator Principles, IFC Performance Standards, EBRD Performance Requirements, World
