**Requirements:**

Experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
Educational background in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
Strong understanding of trends on Instagram and TikTok
Creative, detail-oriented, and familiar with Gen Z content styles and formats
Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English
Experience in handling personal branding is a plus

**Job Responsibilities:**

Plan and develop creative content ideas, especially for Instagram
Manage content calendars for consistent and timely posting
Conduct trend research and translate insights into engaging content
Write compelling captions and engage with the community across platforms
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

**Additional Details:**

On-site at Purwadhika BSD
Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM
Willing to use personal device
