How can you support us? Here are your responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice on Industrial Hygiene aspects applicable to all phases of operations.
- Ensure implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) at site in compliance with Company and Project Requirements, and applicable IH/environmental regulations.
- Develop specific Industrial Hygiene/environmental plans, procedures, and monitor implementation.
- Establish Industrial Hygiene/environmental monitoring and audit programs applicable to all phases of operations.
- Ensure, together with the relevant technical functions, the implementation of project strategies for GHGs, climate change, and energy management at site.
- Monitor subcontractors' site activities and their compliance with Project EMS.
- Prepare reports and statistics on site environmental performance.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in Industrial Hygiene.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas (O&G) or petrochemical industry, with at least 50% of work experience in the Industrial Hygiene field.
- International certification or training in Industrial Hygiene (e.g., OHTA Modules, NEBOSH IGC in Occupational Health and Safety) is required. Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent is highly regarded.
- Must hold a national professional certification in Industrial Hygiene (e.g., Higiene Industri Muda – HiMU or higher).
- Strong knowledge of international regulations, mandatory regulations, standards, and best industry practices relating to Industrial Hygiene.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
