Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Memimpin, mengarahkan, dan mengembangkan seluruh tim di departemen produksi untuk mencapai kinerja maksimal.
- Merencanakan, mengorganisir, dan mengontrol jadwal produksi harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
- Mengawasi seluruh proses produksi mulai dari penerimaan bahan baku hingga menjadi produk jadi, memastikan semua berjalan sesuai SOP.
- Memastikan semua produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi standar kualitas (QC) yang telah ditetapkan.
- Menerapkan dan menegakkan standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) secara ketat di area produksi untuk mencapai zero accident .
- Melakukan analisis dan implementasi perbaikan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement ) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, mengurangi biaya, dan mengoptimalkan produktivitas.
- Menyusun dan menyajikan laporan produksi secara berkala kepada jajaran manajemen.
- Bekerja sama dengan departemen lain seperti Maintenance, QC, dan Gudang untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional.
Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari Jurusan Teknik Kimia.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di posisi manajerial (contoh: Supervisor/Superintendent/Head) di industri pabrik pupuk atau kimia (Diutamakan).

Purpose of Role(Preferably to be based in Kota Cirebon)
The Sr. Professional, Chemical Engineering role, in Indonesia will enhance product quality and lead strategic chemical and sustainable projects from concept to manufacturing. Will apply Design of Experiment (DoE) methodology with robust data analysis to draw conclusions and provide solutions for development and manufacturing challenges. Furthermore, this role will function as the subject matter expert in bottom component technology for product creation teams during the development stage, proactively identifying and mitigate potential manufacturing hurdles. - Implement UA bonding best practices and Implement bonding audits and assist problem solving for bonding defects
- Lead VOC reduction activities
