**A. Responsible for achieving the sales target**
+ Achieve annual sales target.
+ Review sales results monthly with management team.
+ Review sales results with distributors and implement appropriate action plans.
+ Build the required structure and reporting mechanisms to capitalize on the growth opportunities.
+ Monthly funnel review of ID'd opportunities and overall funnel health metrics (e.g. new funnel create, win-rate and time to close)
**B. Lead the Go-To-Market development of the region including distributors development**
+ Review ongoing sales opportunities.
+ Visit end-user customers within region to gain an understanding of the customers/markets.
+ Develop a market model map and size of the business opportunities
+ Develop the Go To Market strategy within the region.
+ Onboard new and equip current distributors with product and sales training.
**C. Drive results through effective marketing**
+ Present information about new products and applications.
+ Develop and implement effective sales- and marketing programs.
+ Target key market sectors to generate the end-user pull strategy
+ Plan demo equipment requirements for sales support
+ Plan targeted campaigns to maximize awareness and development
**D. Deliver Growth via Direct Sales approach at Key Account Customers**
+ Develop and implement Account Plans per Key Account
+ Manage the Tender process and build relationships with Key Stakeholders
+ Present information about new products and applications.
