As a Release Management Trainee, you will assist in managing change requests, ensuring that all necessary information is provided and accurate. You will classify and prioritize requests, prepare forward schedule changes (FSC), and support the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings by distributing meeting minutes and tracking the progress of change implementations. You will also help in evaluating whether change requests are ready for implementation and assess if they can be registered as standard changes.

- Conduct people and performance review: people development, competency review, succession planning, cross-culture, code of conduct, and compliance.
