JOB SUMMARY

Functions as the property's strategic financial business leader. The position champions, develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customer and property employees. The position provides the financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing the return on investment. In addition, creates and executes a business plan that is aligned with the property and brand's business strategy and focuses on the execution of financial activities and the delivery of desirable financial results.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience


• 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 3 years experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.

OR


• Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.

Managing Projects and Policies

POSITION SUMMARY

Content Creator is responsible for producing compelling, high-quality visual and written content that captures the essence of the Bvlgari Resort Bali and drives engagement across all digital and traditional platforms. This role is a key driver in shaping the resort's online presence and brand storytelling, directly supporting marketing and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, shoot, and produce a full range of marketing materials, including but not limited to, high-resolution photography, short-form video content (for social media, website, and electronic brochures), presentations, and digital/print collateral.
  • Ensure all produced content reflects the Bvlgari brand's luxurious image, style, and tone while maintaining familiarity with the resort's customer demographics.
  • Execute various aspects of post-production, including digital retouching, video editing, color grading, image manipulation, and final file layout. Maintain project files, archives, and a robust library of marketing assets.
  • Partner with the Marketing, Sales, and Operational teams to provide creative solutions and ensure timely delivery of campaign-specific content for promotions and events. Monitor the progress of all projects and provide continuous status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all content adheres to Bvlgari brand guidelines, legal requirements, and technical specifications for publishing on various platforms.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
