Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as DPS (Daily Production Schedule) Planner, you will be responsible to develop production scheduling of your responsible area of production line to meet agreed MPS (Master Production Scheduling) at the most cost-effective way with considering factory resources utilization planning & materials availability.
**A day of life of.**
+ Establish Detail Daily Production Schedule (DPS) for Nutrition Plant, by taking into consideration the given Master Production Schedule from DSP Planner. Including, getting agreement to produce with the Production team, by minimizing production cost.
+ Coordinating with MRP Planner to ensure availability of RM/PM for production.
+ Ensures achievement in the agreed frozen volume and fulfillment of Production Planning
+ Orchestrated and make scenarios on the timing of Maintenance required in production line (yearly maintenance and/or ad hoc), to ensure that the needed production quantity can be produced to support MPS requested.
+ Become the main contact points for HO/Demand & Supply Planning Team in ensures MPS fulfillment as well as production issues.
+ Actively involved in the Innovation and Renovation (I&R) process, anticipating and mitigating potential issue in production timing on the I&R processes, as well as ensuring the most minimal write off on the process
**What will make you successful**
+ Bachelor's Degree from Engineering Background; Industrial Engineering would be preferable.
+ Two or more years of relevant operational experience at market / business level is useful, in at least one of the following areas:
+ Manufacturing
+ Industrial Performance
+ Demand & Supply Planning
+ Inbound Material Management
+ Experience in the Product Lifecycle process would be highly beneficial
+ Fluent in English both oral & written
+ Detail oriented and enjoy working with numbers and data
+ Analytical skills and insight to develop high quality data report

**JOB SUMMARY**

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Technical Supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible for providing administrative, process improvement and financial function support to an assigned group of senior technical business leaders.

**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
+ Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
