+ Lead the Safety Culture and conditions for a Safe Working Environment. Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures Ensure that Semi Finish Good and Finished Goods are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions (compliance).
+ Ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in working order including all installations in accordance to Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP)
+ Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines to ensure sustainable results.
+ Organizing & delegating assignments to the team members, assessing and evaluating the work performance of the teams
+ Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line)

+ Bachelor (S-1) Majoring Food Technology or Technical/Engineering
+ 2-5 year experience in a functional role in Food industry - Having Experience in managing and engaging / motivating people
+ Ability to positively confront and effectively deal with non-compliance,
+ Ability to maintain a safe working environment through effective housekeeping and adherence to safety practices.
+ Ability to ensure smooth operation through effective staff management and deployment Ability to set effective and challenging objectives

+ Support all Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements (e.g. Corporate Quality, Food safety & GMP, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Sustainability, Code of conduct, Policies & principles, Operational standards, Local legal requirements, Internal Audit norms, & other procedures updated from time to time) are in place, understood by all, and is regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.

**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
+ Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
