Responsibilities
:

• Build and implement training systems, programs, and evaluations.(main job)
• Manage end-to-end hiring process to ensure timely onboarding.
• Handle payroll, attendance, and social security accurately.
• Resolve labor issues, conduct exit interviews, and improve engagement.
• Support HRIS and overall HR processes in the plant.

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; knowledge of labor law is a plus.
• At least 3 years in HR; manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong in Training & Development and adaptable to HR systems.
• Fluent in Chinese or English is a must, with mandatory Indonesian.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural skills.

• Responsible for execution and successful completion of projects technical wise.
• Ensure all works are done in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Deliver construction progress on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
• Management for project schedule, project progress especially technical wise.
• Proficient in project skill training for the project team
• Assist the project manager in charge of progress, safety, civilized construction, external environment, and relationship with the people around the project.
• Solve non-technical problems on the project site. Include scene personnel and subcontractor personnel contradictory coordination, work interface, and contract inconsistent contradiction, the scene appeared local people hinder construction of contradiction coordination, sub-contractor contradiction coordination. Ensure the project is carried out according to the plan without delay.
• Coordinate the field with other subcontractors to ensure that they can lease or borrow materials or machinery from other subcontractors.
• Coordinate with customer/client, assist the construction manager to deal with unexpected events during project execution, and ensure no customer/client complaints.
• Assist the project manager in meeting various meetings with clients and meeting the requirements of the meeting.
• In charge of on-site subcontracting and other management. It includes subcontract work change, organization engineer, quality department. acceptance together, subcontract payment signing, subcontract application,

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil)
• Required skill(s): possess effective skills and knowledge in reading building plan, site monitoring, ability to oversee the entire process and knowledge in project management, excellent communication and proficiency in AutoCAD, ms office and ms project, Proven track record in project management of construction projects
• At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the steel structure and civil installation
• Good technical of steel structure production in the workshop
• Minimum managed one project design of steel structure and civil
• Strong ability to work efficiently under great pressure.
• Preferred has experience in high rise building.
• Must be able to speak English actively, passive is NOT accepted.

Job Description:

• Melakukan instalasi, perawatan, dan perbaikan sistem perpipaan (air bersih, air limbah, air bertekanan, dan sistem terkait proses produksi).
• Melakukan inspeksi rutin dan perawatan preventif terhadap seluruh instalasi dan perlengkapan plumbing untuk mencegah kerusakan atau kebocoran.
• Mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki kebocoran, penyumbatan, atau gangguan pada sistem air dan saluran pipa di area pabrik.
• Mendukung pemasangan dan pemeliharaan peralatan produksi yang memerlukan sambungan air atau udara bertekanan.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim maintenance, engineering, dan produksi untuk memastikan operasional sistem perpipaan berjalan aman dan efisien.
• Mencatat seluruh kegiatan perawatan dan perbaikan dengan akurat.
• Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai dengan standar K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) dan lingkungan kerja yang higienis.
• Menangani panggilan darurat apabila terjadi kerusakan mendadak atau gangguan pada sistem air di area pabrik.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik (Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara / Teknik Plumbing / Mesin / Sipil).
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Plumber di lingkungan industri atau pabrik.
• Memahami sistem pipa air, katup, pompa, dan sistem udara bertekanan.
• Mampu membaca gambar teknik, skema, dan diagram perpipaan.
• Memiliki pemahaman tentang standar keselamatan dan kebersihan industri.
• Memiliki fisik yang kuat dan mampu bekerja di lingkungan pabrik (panas, bising, area terbatas).
