About the role
Sikara Lombok Hotel is seeking a talented Spa Therapist to join our team on a contract basis. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa services to our guests, contributing to the overall guest experience and the success of our luxury hotel. The position is based in Central Praya, West Nusa Tenggara.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering a range of rejuvenating spa treatments and therapies including massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa facilities
- Educating guests on the benefits of spa services and recommending treatments tailored to their needs
- Adhering to all health, safety and operational procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and a safe working environment
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of spa services and the guest experience
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a relaxing, indulgent atmosphere for guests
What we're looking for
- Formal qualification in Spa Therapy or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Excellent practical skills in a range of spa treatments and the ability to execute them to a high standard
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to build strong relationships with guests
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry trends and an interest in continuing professional development
