  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new or improved processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Train operational staff on new processes and best practices.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in process optimization or continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process simulation software.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
