**WHO ARE YOU?**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **_Country Sales Director_** with an excellent track record of delivering results (orders and revenue) by working with end-customers and channel partners while leading a team of channel account managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be accountable for developing the country's strategy, driving go-to-market (GTM) operational excellence, developing the team, owning key relationships and representing Honeywell BA externally to achieve our ambitious targets in a sustainable way. You will report to the VP/GM ASEAN & East Asia (AEA) and be a core member of the AEA leadership team.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
**GTM Operational Excellence**
+ Develop and own strategy to deliver sustainable growth; contribute to regional strategy
+ Deliver and exceed targets across key metrics (orders, revenue, operating income)
+ Aggressively drives continuous growth in creation and conversion of qualified pipelines.
+ Role model high quality sales and partnering processes (owning key relationships and selling to end-customers along with channel partners)
+ Role model high quality sales operations process (salesforce and funnel management)
+ Role model compliance with company policies, ethics and industry regulations
+ Work with product line GMs to ensure the right product portfolio for country and focused use of NPI (new product introductions)
+ Work with HBS leadership to support alignment between direct and indirect business
+ Work with marketing & vertical sales to enhance external visibility for Honeywell and deeper engagement & demand generation with end-users and the eco-system; with customer support to ensure appropriate post-sales support
**Team Leadership**
+ Lead a high-performing team of channel managers; also guide relevant enabling and support functions (as needed)
+ Be responsible for hiring, developing and retaining direct team
+ Focus on training and motivation to increase performance and support 'classroom' training with on-the-job coaching and feedback
**Continuous Improvement**
+ Adopt a longer term and broader perspective (outside direct responsibility) to support overall growth aspiration
+ Take ownership of specific needle-mover initiatives - lead team to identify right 'solution' and execute to capture 'impact'
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
**Experience**
+ 15+ years of experience in B2B technology sales (preferably complex, long sales cycle with exposure to end-customers & channel); minimum of 3 - 5 years in a sales management position
+ Track record of meeting / exceeding targets and developing GTM strategies
+ Experience in selling with channels to end-users and complex buying eco-systems
+ Experience in working cross-functionally with product lines, projects, marketing, etc.
+ Experience in building technology, HVAC, or related industries is a strong plus; familiarity with Honeywell or competitor portfolios will be a bonus
+ Engineering / Business degrees preferred

Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a Global SHE Capability manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a member of the SHE capability expertise team Zero Harm to People , focusing on C onstruction S afety owning standards , systems, programs and solutions in scope, e nhanc ing capability and foster ing a strong S HE culture on site s and within and beyond the Unilever organization .
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Ownership :  
+ R esponsible for select global Standards , Systems, Programs and Solution s of the Expertise Platform and the in year and longer term deliverables .
+ Lead s , and mentor s users across the globe ; sets and agrees deliverables , provid es guidance and support to ensure effective implementation of the expertise platform deliverables of area of responsiblity .
+ Is the overall subject matter expert of the selected scope and l ead s by example ; speaks up, encourag es safe behaviors and practices , foster s a learning environment
+ Stays abreast of industry advancements and regulations as it relates to the selected scope and builds best available technology into Unilever .
Global Standards :  
+ Develop s , review s , and update s selected SHE scope within the experti s e platform in line with international regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
+ Responsible for enabling all sites to comply by ensuring design and timely implementation is done of the needed updates, tools, training, certification & support
+ Develops and deliver s SHE training programs to employees globally, ensuring awareness and compliance with these SHE standards.
Global Systems, Programs and Solutions:
+ Is responsible for systems and programs within selected scope in the platform, improvements and implementation as agreed in year
+ Is r esponsible for delivering the Global (digital) project and/or Global (digital) tools at agreed priority sites in year and/or the improvements of the project within the Expertise platform
+ Works with engineering to control risks and hazards within the expertise platform scope to proactively reduce risk to people, community and planet effectively
Continuous Improvement
+ Reviews investigations of SHE incidents, analyze s root causes, and implement preventive measures across all regions.
+ Identifies structural issues and initiates improvement initiatives to enhance SHE performance and reduce risks globally.
+ Ensures horizontal expansion of best practices and lessons learned to avoid reoccurrence of incidents
+ Leads investigations of highly impactful events when called upon.
Stakeholder Engagement:  
+ Collaborate s with internal and external stakeholders globally to promote SHE initiatives and foster a culture of Zero Harm .
+ Fosters the relationships within SHE and with other functions to deliver with impact
+ Comfortable with and able to influence senior leaders in SHE and across the business to deliver with impact
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in, (civil) Engineering , or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in (civil ) engineering incl training and /or safety management in construction projects , preferably in a local, regional and global role at a multinational . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven ability to deliver on time in full through others
+ Experience working in a multicultural environment.
+ Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
+ Proficiency in SHE management systems and tools
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and site personnel.
+ Certification in safety training (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus.
