What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in coal mining operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in coal quality management and penalty parameter analysis.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale mining operations and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- In-depth understanding of mining processes, ROM operations, and stockpile management systems (preferably FIFOL).
- Having Certificate: POM/POU , ISMKP
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and decision-making skills.
