- Understand coding platform (ScratchJr, Scratch, MIT AppInventor, Minecraft Education, Roblox Studio, Python Programming, Robotic)
- Willing to do field work
- Fast learner and have a good attention to details

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational processes of Schoters' Work Abroad Program. From onboarding to placement, you will ensure smooth execution of student journeys, track progress, resolve operational issues, and coordinate logistics, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end operational processes for the Work Abroad Program, from onboarding to placement
- Ensure smooth execution of student journeys (language training, application, documentation, placement)
- Monitor progress of students and escalate operational issues when needed
- Track KPIs and prepare regular operational reports for management
- Identify bottlenecks in operations and propose process improvements
- Assist students with operational inquiries (documents, schedules, requirements)
- Coordinate logistics for training, events, and info sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, or project management (education or overseas placement industry is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English, other foreign languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
