  • Providing clear updates on invoicing status, delays, and risks to finance leadership, sales team, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Processing and following up on invoicing status, partnered with the Account Management team before payment due date.
  • Prepare intercompany billings as necessary
  • Perform end of the month management accounts closing.
  • Deliver process improvements within the scope of Account Receivables workflows to reduce manual processing and/or prevent error rates.
  • Implement billing quality assurance process to reduce error rates.
  • Managing a team of account receivable associates, ensuring day-to-day procedures are on track.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimally 3 years within the similar role, and/or job scope of Account Receivable.
  • An independent self-starter, ability to work independently with little direction, able to identify and prioritize issues to solve.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
