The Mission: Lead Our Series A and Beyond

We are seeking a strategic and battle-hardened Corporate Finance & Investor Relations professional. This is a pivotal role for someone who doesn't just theorize about fundraising but has actually led and closed investment rounds Series A and above.

You will be the right hand to the Founders, directly responsible for crafting our capital strategy, executing the fundraise, and building lasting relationships with top-tier VCs and institutional investors. Your primary goal is simple: secure the capital needed to fuel our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities: Execution is Everything

  • Fundraising Execution: Lead the end-to-end process of our Series A round and future rounds (Series B, C, etc.). This includes: Developing a compelling investment thesis, pitch deck, and financial model. Identifying, targeting, and engaging with the 
    right
     investors. Managing the entire deal flow, from initial pitch to due diligence, term sheet negotiation, and final closing.
  • Investor Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for current and prospective investors. Build trust through transparent, consistent, and strategic communication.
  • Financial Strategy: Develop sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario planning to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor funding activities, and investor appetites to position  optimally.
  • Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and support board meeting preparations.

You Are The Perfect Candidate If You Have:

Non-Negotiable Requirement:

  • A proven track record of successfully raising venture capital, specifically for Series A rounds and/or beyond. You must have been a hands-on key contributor in a fundraising process from start to finish. You can speak in detail about your experience with term sheets, due diligence, and investor negotiations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a combination of:
  • Venture Capital / Private Equity, or
  • Investment Banking with a focus on tech, or
  • A Corporate Finance/IR role at a high-growth tech startup where you were directly responsible for fundraising.
  • Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comparable company analysis, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a complex story with clarity and passion to investors.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism, and resilience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA from top school or CFA is a plus.
