Sebagai Supervisor, Anda akan berperan penting dalam mengelola dan mengawasi seluruh aspek keuangan dan akuntansi perusahaan di kantor pusat kami yang berlokasi di Jakarta Raya. Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Mengawasi seluruh siklus akuntansi, termasuk pencatatan transaksi, rekonsiliasi akun, dan penyusunan laporan keuangandan konsolidasi keuangan.

Keterampilan dan Kualifikasi

1. S1 dalam bidang Akuntansi atau Keuangan.
2. Memiliki sertifikasi akuntan profesional yang relevan, seperti CPA atau CA.
3. Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang Akuntansi dan 2 tahun dalam Financial modelling (budgeting)
4. Mampu melakukan analisis data, seperti Microsoft Excel, SAP, dan Power BI.

Perencanaan & Strategi Keuangan

• Mengembangkan strategi keuangan jangka panjang yang selaras dengan tujuan perusahaan.
• Melakukan pemodelan keuangan dan analisis skenario untuk ekspansi bisnis.
• Memberikan saran terkait struktur modal, pembiayaan utang, dan pendanaan ekuitas.

2. 
Penyusunan Anggaran & Peramalan

• Menyusun anggaran tahunan, proyeksi arus kas, dan peramalan keuangan.
• Menganalisis selisih antara kinerja aktual dengan anggaran, serta merekomendasikan tindakan korektif.

Investasi & Manajemen Modal

• Mengevaluasi peluang investasi potensial, termasuk ekspansi restoran, waralaba, atau akuisisi pesaing.
• Mengelola pembiayaan perusahaan, termasuk penggalangan dana, pinjaman, dan hubungan dengan investor.

Pengendalian Biaya & Analisis Profitabilitas

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to support M&A projects and other corporate projects
• Communicate with all functions in Finance/non-Finance directorates to support corporate projects
• Liaise with related parties for all financial related matters to support the planning, implementation, and completion of corporate projects
• Develop IR Suite (earnings call deck, transcript, news release, FAQ) to enhance investor relations communication
• Reconcile company's performance reporting (earnings call) process and website IR content to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial disclosures

The Mission: Lead Our Series A and Beyond

We are seeking a strategic and battle-hardened Corporate Finance & Investor Relations professional. This is a pivotal role for someone who doesn't just theorize about fundraising but has actually led and closed investment rounds Series A and above.

You will be the right hand to the Founders, directly responsible for crafting our capital strategy, executing the fundraise, and building lasting relationships with top-tier VCs and institutional investors. Your primary goal is simple: secure the capital needed to fuel our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities: Execution is Everything

• Fundraising Execution: Lead the end-to-end process of our Series A round and future rounds (Series B, C, etc.). This includes: Developing a compelling investment thesis, pitch deck, and financial model. Identifying, targeting, and engaging with the

   investors. Managing the entire deal flow, from initial pitch to due diligence, term sheet negotiation, and final closing.
• Investor Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for current and prospective investors. Build trust through transparent, consistent, and strategic communication.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a combination of:
• Venture Capital / Private Equity, or

• A Corporate Finance/IR role at a high-growth tech startup where you were directly responsible for fundraising.
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comparable company analysis, etc.).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a complex story with clarity and passion to investors.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• A high level of integrity, professionalism, and resilience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA from top school or CFA is a plus.
