DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE
- Supports campaign execution across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Zalora)
- Manages reporting on KPIs such as GMV, CVR, visitor traffic, and marketing spend
- Interfaces with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., brands, platforms)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage e-commerce advertising tools and optimize media placements (e.g., paid packages, ads)

- Develop, track, and analyze weekly and monthly marketing reports (performance, insights, and recommendations)
- Collaborate with the data team to build dashboards and visualize key marketing metrics
- Forecast demand, marketing ROI, and campaign outcomes to support strategy decisions
- Propose and manage marketing calendars aligned with product launches and promotional periods
- Conduct A/B testing, funnel analysis, and other performance experiments to identify optimization opportunities
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support growth and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Managing a minimum of 4 projects which might include supervising team both vertically or horizontally.
- Manage advertising activities both within and outside marketplaces, including direct and indirect placements, as well as conducting analysis, planning, and reporting to the brand.
- Support website-related projects, including brand and TCCM websites, focusing on SEO, traffic generation, and content/articles.
- Actively support new or ongoing projects that contribute to the company's positive growth.
