Job Description

• Melatih organisasi & tim scrum/proyek dalam implementasi Agile
• Melakukan proses pengembangan tim, baik dalam bentuk coaching, counselling, training, bahkan dalam bentuk evaluasi, agar tim dapat memberikan hasil kerja terbaik Kepada Perusahaan
• Bekerja dengan sesama Agile Coach untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dari implementasi Agile di dalam Perusahaan
• Memastikan Tim Scrum / proyek mengetahui dan memahami goals, scope dan domain dari sebuah product
• Merekomendasikan beberapa cara yang efektif untuk manajemen backlog produk yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi Tim Scrum / proyek masing – masing
• Membantu Product Owner/Product Owner Associate memahami bahwa dalam merencanakan pengembangan produk berdasarkan informasi apa yang diketahui pada saat itu (empiris)
• Memastikan Product Manager/Lead/Associate memahami bagaimana mengatur backlog produk untuk memaksimalkan value dengan menggunakan beberapa metode. Contoh: matrix effort vs value.
• Memfasilitasi scrum event jika diminta atau dibutuhkan
• Membimbing tim development agar bisa mengatur prioritas pekerjaan secara mandiri dan mengkomunikasikan ke team member lainnya yang memiliki role berbeda untuk saling melengkapi
• Membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi di Tim Development secara langsung maupun tidak langsung
• Membimbing Tim Development untuk bisa menjalankan delivery secara agile

• Sebagai agen perubahan untuk implementasi Scrum

Qualifications

• Min. S1, nilai tambahan untuk lulusan bidang Teknik Informatika atau Sistem Informasi
• Minimal memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun kerja sebagai Scrum Master / Agile Coach dalam industry finansial (bank, system pembayaran, dan lainnya)
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam membentuk, mengelola dan memotivasi tim, dengan minimal 2 orang tim
• Dapat mengambil keputusan berdasarkan data yang valid (empirical)

Role Description

• Facilitate the innovation process, including setting up Innovation Squads, bridging communication with stakeholders, and monitoring squad progress.
• Act as an Innovation Coach, ensuring assigned squads consistently progress in their innovation journey.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, cycle meetings, and monthly iterations.
• Monitor and report squad progress regularly to Senior Management Team and RO Agile.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across squads to strengthen Agile practices.
• Identify and resolve impediments that hinder squad performance and delivery.
• Provide guidance and coaching to squad members in Agile mindset, tools, and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, ICAgile, etc.) are a plus.

We're looking for a Scrum Master to revamp the internal processes for our Operations team in Indonesia. This is a bit of an unconventional Scrum Master role; you will not be working with an Engineering team, but rather a team of Technical Support Operatives.

This would be an onsite role at our office at Menara Sunlife in Jakarta.

What You Will Be Doing

• Evaluate and optimise existing team workflows and processes to improve productivity.
• Lead daily stand-ups and ensure alignment with internal team members and external stakeholders.
• Act as a team coach, guide members on their work, and resolve any potential conflicts that may arise.
• Conduct retrospectives and ensure that the status quo doesn't remain stagnant.
• Create a metric driven environment to track team and project progress.

Our Ideal Requirements

• Prior experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, or similar position.
• Experience in crisis management and waste reduction.
• Proven track record in optimising processes and achieving key metrics (such as improving project deadlines, team satisfaction, etc)
