Marketplace Management:
- Mengelola dan mengawasi operasional harian toko online di berbagai marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, dan lainnya.
- Mematuhi kebijakan marketplace dan segera menyelesaikan masalah operasional.
- Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan perusahaan e-commerce dan manajer akun yang ditunjuk.
- Memastikan harga, promosi, gambar dan deskripsi produk sesuai dengan strategi serta selalu diperbarui dan tersinkronisasi.
Customer Service & Quality Control:
- Memberikan layanan pelanggan terbaik dengan merespons pertanyaan secara cepat dan professional, serta memantau masukan dan ulasan pelanggan untuk menjaga reputasi merek yang positif.
- Melacak dan menyelesaikan masalah pasca pembelian seperti pengembalian, pengembalian dana, dan sengketa secara tepat waktu dan berfokus pada kepuasan pelanggan, sambil tetap mematuhi kebijakan platform.
Promotion & Campaign Management:
- Merencanakan dan melaksanakan partisipasi dalam flash sale, kampanye promosi, dan event yang diselenggarakan oleh platform marketplace.
- Memanfaatkan alat promosi yang tersedia di dalam marketplace untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan mendorong penjualan.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Menganalisis tren marketplace dan data pelanggan untuk memberikan wawasan strategis dan rekomendasi pertumbuhan.
- Memantau dan menganalisis metrik kinerja utama, termasuk tren penjualan, efisiensi pengiriman, dan perputaran inventaris.
- Menyusun laporan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan secara berkelanjutan meningkatkan performa toko.
Kualifikasi
- Gelar Sarjana di bidang E-Commerce, Pemasaran, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 1-3 tahun di bidang e-commerce atau pemasaran digital, lebih disukai di sektor ritel atau bisnis online.
- Pengalaman langsung dalam mengelola toko di marketplace seperti Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, dan lainnya.
- Pemahaman yang kuat tentang operasional e-commerce, algoritma marketplace, dan fitur promosi.
