• Melakukan patroli rutin di area lapangan untuk menjaga keamanan.
• Mengontrol akses masuk dan keluar karyawan, pengunjung, dan kendaraan.
• Menangani situasi keamanan seperti pencurian, tindakan vandalisme, atau insiden keamanan lainnya.
• Menanggapi panggilan keamanan dan melaporkan insiden yang terjadi kepada manajemen.
• Memastikan semua peralatan dan aset lapangan tetap aman, terutama pada malam hari.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and security of the facility, personnel, and critical infrastructure.
• Implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the KHN project.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise security personnel, ensuring effective training, development, and performance management.
• Support emergency response plans, drills, and training exercises to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
• Investigate security incidents, document findings, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Support regular security reports to senior management, outlining risks, incidents, and improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Security Management/ Law/ equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience as Security Officer
