Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Membantu administrasi pelayanan medis agar dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar sesuai dengan peraturan dan kebijakan rumah sakit.

- Terlibat dalam penanganan masalah medikolegal yang terjadi di dalam lingkungan rumah sakit.
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap rekrutmen dokter sesuai kebutuhan RS.
- Bertanggung jawab dan bekerja sama dengan Komite Farmasi dan Terapi dalam membuat dan merevisi Formularium.
- Mengadakan pengawasan dan pelaporan ke Balai POM untuk obat-obat Narkotik dan Obat Keras atau hal-hal lain yang diperlukan yang berhubungan dengan peraturan pemerintah.
- Merencanakan program kegiatan di departemen farmasi Rumah Sakit.
- Menyiapkan semua laporan Farmasi bulanan baik eksternal maupun internal secara tepat waktu dan berkesinambungan.
- Memeriksa obat-obatan dalam crash cart dan floor stock untuk memastikan obat dalam kondisi yang baik dan dalam jumlah yang cukup.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimal S1 Kedokteran dan S2 Manajemen Rumah Sakit atau Administrasi Kesehatan atau dokter spesialis.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang pelayanan medis dan penunjang medis.
- Memiliki pemahaman tentang sistem pelayanan kesehatan, manajemen medis, dan regulasi rumah sakit.

Responsibilities
- Corporate Affairs – Provide support to ensure successful implementation of IPPA activities to consistently maintain and enhance corporate image and visibility. This will effectively support the IPPA team and organization in the preparation of internal or external corporate events. Support creative development of key internal and external IPPA collateral e.g. fliers, email invitation, slide presentations for meetings/events and corporate leave behind materials as well as managing corporate website and social media channel(s) in collaboration with External Communications and Patient & Healthcare Experience units. Play an integral role in directly assisting Senior Manager in the management of crisis and issue.
- Government Relations – Support in the correspondence and outreach for stakeholder engagements as well as monitoring legislation and policy development. Qualifications
- Min. bachelor's degree in public policy, public health, international relations, political science or strategic communication with a minimum of 2 years of experience in health-related industry

- Experience in corporate affairs and/or government affairs between 2-3 years with solid track record in preparation of Senior Visits and External Meeting, external events organization, and stakeholder engagements

What We're Looking For:

licensed medical doctor

5+ years of clinical experience
in a full-service acute hospital and at least
3 years in a leadership role
