About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Compensation and Benefits staff to join our growing HR team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely administration of employee compensation, benefit programs, and related HR documentation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support a smooth employment lifecycle process while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree or above, major is not specified.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially strong in Excel and Word.
- Superior communication skills and strong analytical thinking.
- Friendly, adaptive, and able to work independently with high accuracy.
- Strong understanding of employment law and government regulations in Indonesia (BPJS, PKWT, etc.).
- Preferably has strong knowledge of employment-related tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage PKWT (Fixed-Term Employment Agreement) processes for new employees.
- Coordinate and process timely contract extensions.
- Handle end-to-end BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (TK) registration, updates, and termination.
- Maintain and regularly update the Compensation and Benefits Data Master.
- Prepare and issue employee-related documents such as experience certificates, salary transfer letters, and reference letters.
- Collaborate with the Finance, Legal, and other HR units to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.

The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with both remote and in-office team members, is required.
