About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist
to manage payroll operations, compensation planning, and benefits administration. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with tax and labor regulations, and the development of competitive compensation structures to support employee engagement and retention.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in
    payroll processing
    , including tax calculation and compliance with local labor regulations
  • Advanced skills in
    Microsoft Excel
    (complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
  • Experience in creating and managing
    annual compensation budgets and plans
  • Ability to conduct
    salary benchmarking
    using market research and internal data analysis
  • Experience with
    SAP or similar HR/payroll systems
  • Strong knowledge of
    HR operations processes
    to ensure smooth and compliant workflows
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
