Job Description:

• Report to Design manager / BIM manager and undertake the responsibilities regarding design coordination aspects of MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Security) of a construction project.
• To ensure completeness and accuracy of MEPFS & LLE BIM models for As Built BIM submission in a construction project according to project BIM requirements.
• To lead MEP BIM coordination activity of the project.
• Coordinate with CSA BIM team to resolve all clashes issue between CSA & MEP BIM models.
• Coordinate all MEP BIM model issues with MEP Subcontractors & LLE vendors throughout the entire project cycle.
• Provide project members with accurate coordinated BIM generated drawings for Shop Drawing Production & actual site implementation.
• Provide weekly clash report progress of the project.
• Provide updated Combined Services Model (Naviswork) two times a week.
• Develop project library with correct and sufficient families required for the project.
• Lead BIM progress weekly meetings with client and other relevant project stakeholders.
• Present and monitor weekly clash report progress to relevant project stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree from Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as MEP BIM coordinator in a construction project.
• Fluent English both Oral and Written is a must.
• Good communication skill to lead the MEP BIM coordination activity with other project stakeholders.
• Experienced to work in construction project that require multi-discipline BIM design coordination across MEP & CSA work.
• Has experience with BIM coordination in a data center project is an advantage.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Autodesk BIM 360 and Navisworks Manage.
• Able to create REVIT parametric BIM families (MEP) with minimum LOD 400 requirements and pass the knowledge to BIM modelers.
• Has the ability to create clash reports (manual & automatic clash reports).
• Able to create BIM Progress dash boards with Power BI will be an advantage.
• Has basic construction/engineering technical knowledge to support design coordination activities in a construction project will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Karawang area.
