Job Description
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You are responsible for delivering outstanding service through warm greetings, efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and prompt assistance throughout the guest's stay. You play a critical role in creating a memorable guest experience that reflects the high standards of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Manage guest reservations, both walk-ins and pre-booked
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services, and local attractions
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Uphold confidentiality of guest information and hotel policies
- Follow hotel standard operating procedures and brand standards
