  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Knowledge of bridge design codes and standards (e.g., AASHTO LRFD, SNI).
  • Experience with seismic design and analysis of structures.
  • Strong understanding of material properties and behavior (concrete, steel, composite).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is a plus.
