Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations on the construction site

• Monitoring work progress and ensuring it aligns with project timelines and quality standards

• Searching for contractors and subcontractors and supporting the negotiation process

• Coordinating the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure a smooth workflow

• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Reporting any issues or delays to the Site Manager and assisting in resolving them

• Keeping daily records of site activities, deliveries, and workforce deployment

• Supporting inventory management and verifying deliveries of materials

• Ensuring the site remains clean, organized, and safe

• Assisting in solving on-site issues and clarifying plans or instructions to the team

• Participating in regular site meetings and contributing progress updates

Experience:

• Previous experience working on construction sites (internship or full-time)

• Basic understanding of construction processes and project stages
