- Campaigns: Develop integrated campaigns (social, influencers, content, experiential); brief and co-create assets with creative teams.
- Measurement: Monitor brand, engagement, and sales KPIs; report insights; optimize based on data.
- Cross-Functional: Sync with product, design, and ops; feed market/consumer input into product roadmaps.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4-6 years in brand marketing & retail ops (premium brands).
- Strong grasp of Indonesia's market landscape, consumer behavior, and trends.
- Proven retail partnership, collaboration & distribution experience.
- Strategy-to-execution ownership; solid research, competitive, and consumer insight skills.
