• Melakukan proses pendampingan program masing-masing pillar ( Plan vs Actual )
• Sebagai Leader program Meeting Management Pant serta Menjalankan program meeting management ( Shift, daily, monthly )
• Melakukan sampling audit dari shift brief dari masing-masing department 1x seminggu.
• Monitoring dan Scoring Meeting Management by daily, monthly
• Melakukan review terkait dengan Program Meeting management
• Melakukan audit / maturity test dari masing-masing pillar
• Melakukan campaign improvement terkait dengan KMS
• Membuat dan Monitor KPI tree
• Membuat dan menyampaikan progress report program KMS , Hasil assessment, hasil audit serta membuat action plan secara berkelanjutan

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri/Manajemen
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel advance, power point, Power BI is a must, photoshop )
• Terbiasa dengan TPM, Lean manufacturing tools ( contoh: 8 step 7 tools , RCA, 5R, 8 waste, dll)
• Memiliki kreativitas dalam membuat konten komunikasi melalui video maupun buletin
