Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in structural design. Expertise in software such as Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar is mandatory. A professional engineering license (PE) is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, particularly in a virtual setting, are crucial for success. You must be self-motivated, possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
