The
Clinical Sales Specialist
is responsible for supporting the distributor of the Radiometer product portfolio providing clinical sales and applications support in creating sales that drive significant impact to the organization.
This position is reports to the Commercial Lead, Singapore and is part of the SEA commercial team which is in the APAC Region, located in Jakarta, Indonesia and will be a remote role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, providing support to customers in line with territory business development plans which will be measured by territory budgets and KPI's.
- Actively identify, pursue, and work with channel partner(s) to develop new and existing accounts in the territory.
- Develop, conduct and deliver product and clinical applications training to customers.
- Introduce new products and programs. Provide feedback to sales and marketing management on market acceptance.
- Maintain and manage existing customer relationships, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery, improvement.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Tertiary scientific qualification or equivalent
- Experience in Medical Diagnostic industry or Medical/ Healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of clinical chemistry and understanding of laboratory practices
- Ability to work and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Competent user across Microsoft Applications and CRM
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Acute clinical care settings, specifically Emergency Department (ED), ICU, NICU/PICU
- Blood gas and immunoassay equipment sales and management
