About the Role

We're looking for a Cloud & Migration Engineer to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end cloud migration projects to support our client's needs for data & migration process.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze existing infrastructure and recommend migration strategies (lift-and-shift, re-platforming, security compliance assessment, testing, etc).
2. Doing consultancy for clients related to migration of apps, databases, and services to cloud platforms.
3. Monitor and optimize post-migration performance and cost-efficiency.
4. Document architecture and migration processes thoroughly.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's in Information Technology or equivalent and relevant degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in data center & application migration projects in private cloud (certified in VMware cloud foundation or VMware cloud director is a plus).
3. Having updated knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
4. Solid understanding of end-to-end virtualization process and cloud security best practices.
5. Must be fluent in English (written & spoken).
