Job Description:
- Deliver a unique and engaging experience to our community by understanding
member needs and interests.
- Support member sign-ups and help the team introduce and upsell products and
events.
- Foster an inclusive community by creating a welcoming environment for all
genders, race, language, etc.
- Create and coordinate events (workshops, art classes, lunches, panel
discussions, parties, etc. ).
- Manage event logistics (catering, setup, printing, etc.).
- Support partners in project cycle management (work plans, budgets,
procurement plans, and benchmarks).
- Help organize trips and encourage participation from members and non-members.
- Cultivate and maintain meaningful relations with individuals, companies, and
organizations.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and target new partners.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and ensure all inquiries are
followed up.
- Work alongside our Experience and Marketing team to follow all brand and
event guidelines company-wide.
- Maintain constant partners communication regarding the status of their
partnership. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related
field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnership development, community
management, or a related role.
- Experience working with organizations or in community engagement is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various
stakeholders, including strategic partners and community members.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to evaluate and report on the outcomes of partnership
initiatives.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
