Job Description:

1. Strategi: Menyusun strategi komunitas dan merancang program untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan loyalitas anggota.

2. Manajemen Hubungan: Membangun, mengelola, dan memoderasi komunitas (online & offline), serta menjadi penghubung utama perusahaan.

3. Eksekusi Program: Menginisiasi, merencanakan, dan mengeksekusi event/program komunitas (gathering, campaign, dll.).

4. Kemitraan: Mengembangkan kolaborasi dengan brand atau pihak eksternal untuk memperluas jaringan.

5. Komunikasi: Membuat dan mendistribusikan konten komunikasi komunitas secara konsisten.

Requirements:

1. Min. S1 Ilmu Komunikasi, Hubungan Masyarakat, Psikologi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.

2. Pengalaman 2–3 tahun di bidang community management, event, partnership, atau public relations.

4. Mahir mengelola platform komunitas (Discord, Telegram, dll.),

Responsibilities

• Merancang, mengembangkan, dan menyusun program-program Pemberdayaan dan Pengembangan Masyarakat (PPM) atau Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang strategis, terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan
• Mengidentifikasi, menganalisa dan menyelesaikan potensi konflik yang terjadi antara perusahaan dan masyarakat
• Mengelola proses pembebasan lahan, mulai dari negosiasi

• Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi integritas yang tinggi
• Mahir dalam menyusun dan mendokumentasikan program yang kredibel
• Sertifikasi terkait CSR, Social Performence, dan manajemen proyek menjadi nilai tambah
• Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di area site (Muara Enim-Sumsel)

1. Perform promotive, preventive, and support activities for Health & Medical function programs, including medical check-ups and treatments for employees and surrounding communities near the mining area.
2. Conduct daily check-ups for employees and surrounding communities near the mining area.
3. Conduct health risk assessments (Health Risk Assessment/HRA), industrial hygiene, and dust control at the workplace and surrounding communities.
4. Manage emergency responses, including supervision, coordination, and active participation in emergency response training.
5. Responsible for handling and inspecting occupational health and safety equipment (P3K).
6. Manage health issues at the workplace and surrounding communities near the mining area.
7. Provide first aid in case of workplace accidents or incidents in the surrounding communities near the mining area.

1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Nursing or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in the mining industry or project site.
3. Active Registration Certificate (STR) and Practice License (SIP).
4. Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Hyperkes (Occupational Health and Safety).
5. Experience in handling critical situations, including childbirth emergencies.
6. Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with the team.
7. Willingness to be stationed in Pulau Obi, North Maluku.

Position overview :

The Community Staff is responsible for activating the guest community and planning & executing various activities and events at BLive.

This role focuses on building connections with guests, creating a fun and positive atmosphere, and encouraging participation in community life. By collaborating with external partners, the Community Staff will continuously develop, update, and introduce new activities that enhance the unique lifestyle experience of BLive.

Key responsibilities :

• Identify and collaborate with external partners (tours, yoga, surfing, wellness, etc.).
• Plan and host community events and parties (networking events, BBQs, rooftop gatherings, etc.) to foster guest interaction.
• Oversee event operations, manage on-site execution, and incorporate guest feedback.
