Role Summary:

Own community growth with Indonesian SMEs: activate Facebook/WhatsApp communities, partner with local groups (TDA, IWAPI, etc.), run webinars/workshops, and recruit SME ambassadors to drive sign-ups and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join and actively engage SME groups (FB, WhatsApp, Telegram, local associations).
• Build relationships with community leaders; secure collaborations and live sessions.
• Plan and host webinars/workshops (online/offline); manage event logistics and follow-ups.
• Launch and moderate ambassador/WhatsApp groups for SME owners.
