Role Summary:
Own community growth with Indonesian SMEs: activate Facebook/WhatsApp communities, partner with local groups (TDA, IWAPI, etc.), run webinars/workshops, and recruit SME ambassadors to drive sign-ups and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join and actively engage SME groups (FB, WhatsApp, Telegram, local associations).
- Build relationships with community leaders; secure collaborations and live sessions.
- Plan and host webinars/workshops (online/offline); manage event logistics and follow-ups.
- Launch and moderate ambassador/WhatsApp groups for SME owners.
- Run simple referral programs, challenges, contests to boost adoption.
- Track community KPIs, compile weekly reports, and suggest improvements.
- Keep Lakku's brand voice and community guidelines consistent.
Requirements:
- Strong networking & relationship-building skills; confident community facilitator.
