Position Overview
As an Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible to design, implement, and manage effective compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain,
and motivate employees, while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and full compliance with labor and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
-Develop, implement, and regularly review compensation and benefits policies and programs (base salary, incentives, bonuses, allowances, BPJS, etc.).
