Position Overview

As an Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible to design, implement, and manage effective compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain,

and motivate employees, while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and full compliance with labor and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy:

-Develop, implement, and regularly review compensation and benefits policies and programs (base salary, incentives, bonuses, allowances, BPJS, etc.).

-Design and maintain a fair and competitive salary structure based on job evaluation and market data.

  • Payroll Management:

-Controlling end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments, including statutory deductions (taxes, BPJS, absences).

-Coordinate with Finance and third-party vendors (payroll providers, tax consultants) to support seamless payroll operations.

  • Employee Benefits Program:

  • Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field.
